For the past six decades, Fil-American Hardware Co., Inc. (FILAM) has carefully built its reputation as a dependable and trusted name in the hardware industry.

Its beginnings date back to 1955 when a modest hardware store was established in Avenida Rizal, Blumentritt in Manila by a modest couple from Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija – spouses Demetrio R. Bautista and Leonila A. Bautista. Now in its third generation of family ownership, the eldest son of the Bautista couple, John, together with his eldest son Jay, eldest daughter Mia and youngest son John, run the half-a-century strong company.
